The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the South West Coast Path and the attractions of North Devon. The rooms, though old and with a separate wash basin, were clean, bright, and airy, but the pricing left me a bit disappointed. I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms, especially the newly refurbished ones, were spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic for the event I attended at the Tunnels. The dining experience offered a variety of choices, although the toast was a bit disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.
